Ready to join the fun???

Children entering the 4th, 5th, or 6th grade in the fall are invited to register for Catholic Youth Camp.  Cost is $625 for the first camper and $600 for any additional siblings. Click here to find the Camp Registration Application. This application must be completed in its entirety and submitted via mail with a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your child’s spot at Catholic Youth Camp (CYC). Make checks payable to St. Jude Parish. Registration opens Monday, March 2nd, 2026 and closes Friday, May 29th, 2026.

• Health History and Physical Form

• Camp Lutherwald Liability Waiver

• Diocese FWSB Parental/Guardian Consent Form and Liability Waiver

• CYC Checklist
